“Here at UPP there has been a discernible change in attitude towards mental health. People are now talking about the subject openly. The catalyst for the change has been Loch Health who delivered MHFA courses for us. We now have over 160 Mental Health First Aiders who are “Here to Hear”. They are changing perception and challenging long held beliefs. The support for our people has been exceptional, but in addition, we are helping to signpost the students who stay with us too.”
